Gatwick Express is inviting all conference delegates to join for networking and drinks on the 28th of November, the eve of the UK AirRail conference at the Grosvenor Hotel, located at the London Victoria Station.

Established in 1984, Gatwick Express is the longest running dedicated airport rail service in the world and serves the UK’s second largest airport which has ambitious passenger growth plans. Offering a non-stop journey time of 30 minutes with trains departing every 15 minutes, it carries more than 5.3m passengers a year between Gatwick Airport and London’s Victoria Station.

Alex Foulds, Development Director for Southern Railway, which runs the Gatwick Express service said: “Gatwick Express is delighted to be participating in the UK AirRail event and is looking forward to greeting delegates at the welcoming reception being held at the Grosvenor Hotel in Victoria. It is very important for Gatwick Express to be alongside some of our key business partners, Gatwick Airport and easyJet, who are also sponsors, when discussing surface access to and from Airports.

We anticipate there will be plenty of conversations and constructive debate about Airport Express services, including the Gatwick services, which we are keen to participate in and we look forward to welcoming everyone to Victoria Station and the Grosvenor Hotel”
